Fight for your Marriage!
Learn how to
Fight!
The video above
from the movie
War Room
I urge you to move your schedule around
and
take time to watch that movie.
It will give you specifics on how to fight in prayer.
And Right Now...
Let's Fight with
Music and Prayer!
Fireproof
is another movie that is a
must-see
for all who want to save their marriage!
In the movie Fireproof,
it was the husband who was the strong fighter.
But God has called YOU to be the strong fighter in your marriage.
You can learn great insights from this movie.
Take note that there is also a
Fireproof
book
that accompanies the movie.
It will give you ideas on how to fight for your marriage!
To make your marriage strong,
you are going to have to
put forth effort, time, and some money
(for the movies and books).
Remind Yourself - Most marriages can be saved.
So get determined to cooperate with God!
And
At all times
Keep your goal in mind...
Today
God is calling you to
FIGHT for your Husband
even if he is too weak right now
to fight with you!
-
See you and your husband as on a team together
fighting against
the spirit of divorce and strife.
-
Being offended and feeling hurt
are enemies to you.
They make you weak.
-
Prayer:
Lord of Miracles,
Being offended and feeling hurt
those two
are enemies to me.
I will see them as enemies to me.
I will ignore offense and I will ignore my feelings.
I will set my mind
on the goal to
WALK in YOUR Power and SEE YOUR Miracles!
I am on a mission!
I am strong in the Power of Jesus Christ!
I pray these things,
in the Miraculous name of Jesus Christ,
AMEN!

Lord,
Inspire me.
I will cooperate with you.

God tells us in
Ephesians 6
that we
NEED
God's ARMOR
in order to
WALK in God's POWER.
I urge you
to stop
for a few moments
and
join me
in
putting on the
MIGHTY ARMOR of God.
-
Right now!
Dear God of Miracles and Wonders,
I
celebrate your Power to heal Marriages.
I put on the Helmet of Salvation.
Thank you for everything you are doing to save my marriage,
and to bring us to a place of harmony and joy
with each other.
As a dedicated woman of God,
I will cooperate with you each day.
I put on the Belt of Truth.
Thank you for every bit of truth
that you are teaching me
about how to make a stronger marriage.
As a dedicated woman of God,
I will listen and learn.
I put on the Breastplate of Righteousness.
Thank you for everything that you are sharing with me
about how to
make right decisions for my marriage.
As a dedicated woman of God,
I will choose righteousness and right decisions
instead of
selfishness, anger, and strife.
I put on the Shoes of Peace.
Thank you for everything you are doing to bring
more peace and harmony
between my husband and myself.
As a dedicated woman of God,
I will learn to ignore the opportunities
that come to me
to get upset, to nurture self-pity,
and to allow
hopelessness to talk to me.
I pick up the Shield of Faith.
Thank you for giving me faith
that you can restore my marriage.
As a dedicated woman of God,
I will stir up my faith in God,
in the Bible,
and in my marriage getting stronger.
I pick
up the Sword of the Spirit
which is
the Word of God.
Thank you for reminding me
that
Your Word is POWERFUL.
Thank you that as I speak it out,
POWER is UNLEASHED.
As a dedicated woman of God,
I will read the Bible,
speak out Your Powerful Bible Words,
and live out
Your Amazing Destiny for my life.
*
I will become a wise woman
who
Prays
Powerful Prayers
for my Husband, for Myself, and for our Marriage.
I will become dedicated to
growing in the Fruit of the Spirit -
Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness,
faithfulness,
gentleness, and self-control.
This little light of mine - I'm going to let it shine.
In Jesus' miraculous name I pray,
AMEN!

A Video of Inspiration
God is Raising you Up...
to
Walk
in
HIS
POWER.
In the movie Fireproof,
the husband learned how to
keep doing the right thing while waiting on God
to do the miracles.
I urge you to be inspired by the excerpt below.
God is Raising you UP....
to
Pray!
God will work
while
you pray!
Dear Lord,
I pray your blessings on my husband.
I ask that you give him wisdom.
Help him to continually know the right thing to do.
Strengthen him to do the right thing.
In Jesus' name I pray,
Amen

Loving Lord of my heart,
You are the God of love.
You are the God of harmony and unity.
Strengthen my marriage, I pray.
Remind me of godly wisdom as I go through my day.
Create in me a hunger for your Word.
Remind me to focus on the best in my husband.
Give me ideas of wisdom and love that will change the atmosphere of my home.
Show me how to lift my husband's emotions and draw him toward me.
Show me how to create new avenues of fun and laughter in our marriage.
Stabilize my emotions. Heal me of emotional wounds. Help me to let go of the past.
Help me to find encouraging words to read and ponder as I grow as a supportive wife.
Raise me up to be a strong, godly woman.
And Lord, I ask that you would draw my husband into biblical truths that will bless him and our marriage.
Guide him toward actions and attitudes that will bring new joy into our marriage.
May we experience the same fresh, amazing love that we felt in our dating days.
And now Lord, as I close this time of prayer, I will gently put my husband into your hands.
Amen

Loving Lord,
May I feel rejuvenated
when I am following you,
and uncomfortable
when I stray from your path.
Amen

Dear Lord,
I give - my heart and my life - to you this day.
Powerfully draw my heart toward my husband and his needs.
Guide me as I seek to become the amazing wife that you have destined me to be.
Show me how to be a tremendous helpmate to my husband.
Multiply the joy I feel as I daily seek to bless my husband in a multitude of ways.
Reveal to me the ways in which I am ignoring and / or
not supporting the God-given needs of my husband.
Draw my attention to all the ways that my husband is a hero.
Remind me that my husband needs to feel like a hero in order to bond fully with me and in order to fully achieve his destiny.
Draw my husband's heart to you - and to me - that our marriage will forever be strong and healthy.
Amen

as she deals with a husband
who just wants out of the marriage.

Take note:
