Prayer for Wayward Children

Addressing the pain and confusion

Heavenly Father,

You are the answer
to every pain, every problem, every situation.

You are our refuge from
disturbing thoughts and disturbing emotions.

You bring us peace.
You bring us your adoring love.
You celebrate us. You delight in us.
We become whole and healed by you. 

I lift up my loved ones to you. 
I pray that
you
would remove
all barriers
that prevent them
from deep intimacy with you.

Open their eyes to see
that you are the answer to their every need.

I lift them up to you and place them in your loving arms.

Lord help me

as

I set my mind to leave this prayer

focused on

Your Love

Your Power

and on 

the

Peace

that you want me to receive from you this day.

I pray these things in the name of Jesus,

Amen
