Our Refuge

"The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms."

Deuteronomy 33:27

Our Hiding Place

"Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah."

Psalm 32:7

Our Strong Hold in the day of trouble

"The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him."

Nahum 1:7

Tuesday

God is:

Our Refuge -

A refuge from the storm (Isaiah 25:4)

A refuge for the oppressed (Psalm 9:9)

A refuge in the day of trouble (Psalm 59:16)

Wednesday 

God is:

Our Hiding Place -

In the shadow of Thy wings will I rejoice (Psalm 63:7)

Under whose wings thou art come to trust (Ruth 2:12)

I flee unto Thee to hide me (Psalm 143:9)

Thursday 

God is:

Our Strong Hold -

Thy right hand shall hold me (Psalm 139:10)

Hold Thou me up and I shall be safe (Psalm 119:117)

I said "my foot slippeth"; Thy mercy, O Lord, held me up (Psalm 94:18)
