Jesus is the Bread of Life
John 6:48
The Bible teaches us that
Jesus is foundational to our whole life.
The Bible reminds us that
Jesus is our foundation - in a similar way as
Bread is foundational to our nutritional life.
God - intends - for bread to be healthy.
Bread doesn't have to be made with wheat.
Let me show you
God's answer to healthy bread.
First
I'll answer the question -
Why is bread - losing its reputation - for being healthy?
?
Then..
Let me share - some great news about...
eating healthy bread!
So why - is the bread at the store so often thought of as -
Unhealthy?
Answer -
Companies that make flour
take out
the most nutritional parts of the wheat.
(Or whatever type of grain bread you buy).
They do this
for a couple of reasons.
One main reason is > shelf - life.
Using all of the grain will result in a very reduced shelf - life.
AND Note:
After you mill grains,
the nutritional value begins to lower because of oxidation.
BUT -
By baking right after milling,
you avoid losing that nutrition.
So
If YOU
- freshly mill your grain -
to make bread...
you get
ALL the wonderful nutrition.

MANY PEOPLE are s i c k and do not realize that one of the reasons
is because of eating food that is GMO - meaning man has altered the DNA of the food and also food that has dangerous pesticides.

are often able to eat gluten from freshly milled bread.

Wheat is an excellent source of fiber and

critical B-vitamins
when used in its entirety,
including the bran, germ, and endosperm.
Wheat germ is one of the richest sources of vitamin E if used when freshly milled, before oxidation takes place."
Adding freshly-milled Bread
increases nutrition.

fresh-milled bread

I used all organic ingredients.
No Bread Machine
No Knead
No Yeast
No Rise
I used fresh-milled wheat as my flour.
I used "hard red wheat" from Sue Becker's store.
(You could also choose instead to use "hard white wheat" or a non-wheat grain.)

A Reminder:
As soon as wheat and other grains are milled,
they begin to lose
