our soul.

Bible reading and prayer.

The Scripture

gives us encouragement

about

receiving - 

God's spiritual water.

Isaiah 43:18-19

GNT translation

But the Lord says,

" Do not
cling
to events of the past
or
dwell
on what happened long ago.

Watch for the new thing I am going to do.

    It is happening already  —  you can see it now!

I will
make a road through the wilderness and
give
you
streams of water there. "

Almighty God - 

All loving, all knowing God,

You are the source of living water.

You are the one who can refresh my soul.

I lift up dedication to you as I pray for your blessings.

I call out to you for your streams of living water to come into my dry, desert places. 

Bring your streams of living water into the dry, hard places
in my heart.

I will yield to you today to receive your spiritual nourishment and strength.

I will read your Word this day, and I will receive from you.

Teach me. Refresh me. Enable me.

Direct my steps. Solidify my walk.

Forgive me. Wash me. Cleanse me.

Renew my Joy.

As I walk with you, make me a living testimony to your love  -

that others notice and are blessed.

I will praise you.

I will draw close to you.

I will follow you.

I pray

these things

through the name of my Savior and Lord,

Jesus Christ,

Isaiah 43:18-19

AMPC Translation

Behold, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs forth;
do you not perceive and know it
and
will you not give heed to it?
I will even make a way in the wilderness
and
rivers in the desert. 

Almighty God - 

All loving Lord of blessed peace,

You are the one who can soothe my soul.

I come to you today to receive your nourishing peace.

I ask that your peace would flow through me like a river.

I pray for your peace
to
nourish me, calm me, steady me,
and
bring satisfaction to my soul.

I will sit at your feet

with

my heart open

and

my ears ready to hear

your

biblical guidance. 

I praise you for the cords of love

that bond you to me and me to you.

May my dedication to you

flow out to others

as a

mighty river of love and peace.

I pray these things

through the name of my Savior and Lord,

Jesus Christ,

I am able to accomplishments more things.
