Asking

for

God's protection

Prayer During a

Storm

Dear Heavenly Father,

You are our Creator and you are our Sustainer.

You are the one who gives protection and provision.

I ask you to cover me, my family, and my property during this storm.

Protect our home, vehicles, and the trees near our home and vehicles.

Keep us -  and keep our possessions -  safe from

wind damage, water damage, debris damage - and

lightning strikes.

You are our High Tower of Protection.

I will praise you before storms, during storms, and I will praise you after storms.

I have lifted up my requests to you

and now -

my soul will rest in you.

In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen

Prayer During

Tornadoes

Dear Heavenly Father,

You are our Protection.

You are our Shield from tornadoes.

I ask you to cover me, my family, and my property during tornado watches and warnings. 

I pray that you would

reduce the wind gusts

and

reduce the power 

of any tornado that threatens us.

Protect us and keep us safe.

And protect our home, our vehicles, our trees, and all our

property from damage.

Cover our home and our property

with

your hedge of protection. 

Make our home impervious to any tornado. 

You are our High Tower of Protection.

You are our 24-hour Guard.

I will praise you before the storm, during the storm, and after the storm.

I have lifted up my requests to you

and now -

my soul will rest in you.

In Jesus’ name I pray,

Amen
