Marriage and infidelity

I am 55 yrs old and my marriage is suffering greatly.
I have been carrying the baggage from my trauma 40 years ago and my marriage has suffered because of it.
My husband entered into an emotional affair 8 months ago. I have been going to counseling for the trauma and abuse.
My husband has stopped contact with this woman and we are trying to figure our relationship out.
Please pray for us that I find peace from my past and start building our relationship. We have been together 25 years and I know God wants us to be fulfilled in all things. Please pray for us.
