I’m surrounded by enemies

I have been running from a cartel that raped me years ago as punishment for trying to stop them from robbing an elderly widow. (I woke up in my bed face down with skull cracked.)

While being on the run I racked up an enormous mortgage size debt that I cannot pay. I don’t know what to do. A week ago they sent me to the ER again. I need a miracle for God to STOP this Cartel, a financial blessing to remove this enormous debt & spiritual, physical emotional healing.
