the words

of the

wise

soothe and heal.

A soft and gentle and thoughtful answer

turns away wrath,

BUT

harsh and painful and careless

words

stir up anger.

Wednesday

Kind words are like honey -

enjoyable and healthful.

Our words

either

hurt others or heal them;

we

either

add to their burdens

or

help them bear their burdens with courage.

The right words

communicate

Love.

Love one another.

Sometimes

we need to

rebuke or correct

someone.

It may be our child or an employee, etc.

We should be sensitive

to the needs and struggles of others.

Even if people do need a rebuke,

we should do it in love.

And our words

should inspire them

to do better

not weaken them.

Brothers,

if

anyone

is caught in any transgression,

you

who are spiritual

should restore him

in

a spirit of gentleness.

Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted.
