Driven by fears that the Supreme Court may be on the verge of overturning the landmark pro-abortion ruling Roe v. Wade, the U.S. House of Representatives voted 218-211 Friday to pass legislation that would enshrine abortion on demand in federal law. 

The WHPA also protects so-called “webcam” abortions (i.e., dispensing abortion pills without an in-person doctor’s visit), forbids banning abortions on the basis of a baby’s race, sex, or disability, and forbids banning particular techniques such as dilation and evacuation (D&E) procedures, better known as “dismemberment” abortions because they entail literally ripping unborn babies apart in the womb, then removing them from the uterus limb by limb.

A federal judge on Monday permanently blocked Georgia’s 2019 “heartbeat” abortion law, finding that it violates the U. S. Constitution.

U. S. District Judge Steve Jones ruled against the state in a lawsuit filed by abortion providers and an advocacy group. Jones had temporarily blocked the law in October, and it never went into effect. The new ruling permanently enjoins the state from ever enforcing House Bill 481.

Judicial Watch announced today it received 165 pages of records from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) showing the FDA between 2012 and 2018 entered into 8 contracts worth $96,370 with Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR) to acquire “fresh and never frozen” tissue from 1st and 2nd trimester aborted fetuses for use in creating “humanized mice” for ongoing research.

ABR is a non-profit firm which has been the subject of criminal refferals from  House and Senate committees investigating whether Planned Parenthood or any other entity was illegally profiting from the handling of fetal tissue from aborted babies.

Federal law regulates the purchase and acceptance of human fetal tissue for research purposes. It is unlawful to knowingly transfer fetal tissue for profit.

On January 30, 2019,

Democratic Governor Ralph Northam of Virginia

was speaking on a radio show about an abortion bill

being proposed by State Representative Kathy Tran

in his state of Virginia.

His comments have started a firestorm of controversy

because he commented in support of

letting infants die after they have been born alive.

When asked if he supported House Bill 2491

promoted by 

Democrat Kathy Tran,

the governor said he did. He said that doctors could make a

decision to allow a baby

to die even after it’s born alive.

Northam said,

“If a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would

happen. The infant would be delivered. The infant would be

kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s

what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion

would ensue between the physicians and the mother.”

was so outraged about the governor's words that

on February 4th, he sought to pass a bill

to protect babies born alive from being killed.

And according to the Kaiser Family Foundation, the following states don't have any prohibitions on abortion later in pregnancy:  Alaska, Colorado, District of Colombia, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, and Vermont.   

In addition, 24 other states make an exception, allowing late-term abortions for the sake of the mother's general health. Pro-life advocates contend that the generic "health" exception essentially allows abortion-on-demand, saying late-term abortions can be allowed in any states that have a generic exception for the health of the mother.

Faithwire's Will Maule explains, "Effectively, abortion will be available 'on demand' up until birth — if the woman wants to terminate her fully-formed child because she claims it is too much for her to deal with financially, emotionally or otherwise, she will be allowed to do so."

Other states from the KFF list make it clear that the mother's life or "physical health" must be at risk to allow a late-term abortion, which seems to be proof of that pro-life claim regarding the general "health" exception.

that would outlaw abortion after six weeks. 

With his signature, Gov. Edwards made Louisiana the fifth state to enact a law prohibiting abortion when a fetal heartbeat is detected, joining Mississippi, Kentucky, Ohio, Alabama, and Georgia.

Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant (R) signed

Nov 2019 Prayer Request

Please pray for my 3 kids.

I live in NY and recently this past June the religious exemption has been taken away.

I was forced by police to give my kids 7 shots in one day and this week am being forced to give 4 more, only a month later.

I am devastated for them and am not able to move out of the state. I know it’s a hot topic, I have never believed it was right to use aborted fetal cells and many other questionable ingredients.
