Christmas Prayer

for

Soldiers

Prayer for those Men and Women

serving their country

who are far away from home this Christmas.

There are two prayers on this page.

One is a prayer to bless our Soldiers.

The second is a prayer

for Soldiers to pray.

Dear Lord,

I give thanks to you for our brave men and women in uniform.

I pray that you would comfort them during this Christmas season.

Lift them up above their circumstances and situations.

Refresh them and strengthen them as they seek to courageously serve their country.

Provide them with times of supernatural blessings to help them deal with the emotional pain of being far away from loved ones this Christmas.

Lord, surround their loved ones with a supernatural ability to deal with the empty chair at their holiday table. 

May each soldier and each loved one feel your loving arms around them bringing comfort during this Christmas season.

Dear Lord,

I am far away from home, and it is Christmas time.

I need your comfort, Lord.  

Lift me up above my circumstances and situations.

Refresh me and strengthen me as I seek to courageously follow you and serve my country.

Provide me with times of supernatural blessings to help me deal with the emotional pain of being far away from my loved ones this Christmas.

Lord, surround my loved ones with a supernatural ability to deal with my empty chair at their holiday table. 

Help me and my loved ones to feel your loving arms around us bringing us comfort during this Christmas season.
