Stir their hearts to accept and embrace
new godly desires and new godly ways of living.

Speak to them about your
enormous love and compassion for them. 

Plant seeds of joy
that are associated with godly living.

Grow strong crops of
Peace, Purity, and Power
in their lives.

Loving Lord,

I come before you in prayer to cry out for

who are living in ungodly lifestyles.

Lead them to truth. 
Expose the lies they believe.

Give them everything they need to be set free – 
including truth, understanding, and logic.

Guide their footsteps 
toward purity and wholesomeness.

Guide them toward peace with you and 
peace with your Word. 
I pray that
one day soon, 
they will find themselves 
feeling at home with you and with your scriptures.

Lord, intervene in their lives.
Bring them down a road that leads them
into a close relationship with you.

Lord, you have access to their minds.
Place your thoughts among their thoughts.
I ask you to place thoughts
about the beauty

godliness, wholesomeness, purity, and truth.

Stir their hearts to accept and embrace
new godly desires

new godly ways of living.

The devil and his demons are real.

They are entities
that seek
to bring
ungodliness and destruction
to each of our lives.

Father God,  Creator and Sustainer –

I cry out to you for ________, _____, and ____.

Surround them with your love and with your protection.

The devil and his forces are wanting to continue to draw my loved ones down a road of ungodliness.

Turn topsy turvy the plans of the wicked for my precious loved ones.

Lord, I ask you to lovingly expose my loved ones to the harsh truths that will help release them from the grasp of the enemy. 

Reveal your enormous love for them.

Seek to convince them that following you will result in a good plan for their life.

Take every opportunity – every day – to draw them away from the world and toward you.

Grow new hope and new joy inside them.

Grow new desires. Grow new understanding of the beauty of your will for them.

I pray these things in the name of Jesus,

Father,

Wake them up.

Dig up the hard ground in their heart
that anchors them
to their sins.

Paint right and wrong in vibrant,
opposing colors before their eyes. 

Fashion their days
so that they
encounter
what they need to
experience and understand 
in order to question
the validity of
the ungodly paths they have been traveling.

Help them to see 
the ultimate destructive destination
that comes from 
going down the path they are traveling.

Give them hope for a better life and a better future.  

Give them the understanding
of the forgiveness and cleansing
that is found in you.

Father,

I  want to lift up thanks 
for everything you are doing
to help 
my loved ones 
to
get released 
from the forces that are holding them captive. 

And I will take this opportunity to remind myself of the joy that will explode in my heart each time I find out that one of my loved ones has given his or her heart completely to you. 

I lift up this thankful prayer in the
POWERFUL, MIGHTY Name of Jesus’ Christ,

Father of all Truth,

Show my loved ones

TRUTH 
and then 
give them

UNDERSTANDING 
on how to fight those evil forces
who are working against them.

Show them how to fight spiritual battles.

  Ready them to receive your guidance
on taking
every thought captive.

Show them how to resist temptation.

Lord, 
Shower them with your love. 

You are our portion, O Lord. 
Make your portion so satisfying
that ungodliness
will not be attractive anymore.

 I cried unto thee, O Lord:

I said,

Thou art my refuge

my portion in the land of the living.

Psalm 142:5

Father of all Love and Compassion,

I cry out for our beloved young people.

I lift up prayer for our younger generation who are being drawn into unbiblical lifestyles by the entertainment industry, our schools, certain political organizations and even some churches.  

Lord, it is so discouraging and disorienting to see our culture falling apart. Strengthen us. Strengthen us so that we can fight against this. Strengthen us so we do not give up praying.

It is so agonizing to see those we love being drawn into destructive lifestyles. Our heart aches as we go day after day watching those we love move farther and farther away from the blessings and the safety of a vibrant relationship with Jesus.

We feel sadness as we experience the emotional distance that is created when we continue to live our lives based on the principles of the Bible - but - our loved ones live their lives in opposition to those principles.

Father, the devil and his demons are attacking young minds and convincing them that bad is good and good is bad. These despicable demonic entities are using many influential tactics against our loved ones -  including powerful peer pressure strategies. 

Lord, we cry out for help. We cry out for change. 

We pray for your intervention in the name of Jesus,

Amen

Getting ready to go to bed.

Lord,

As I get ready to go to bed,
help me to lay down
at
the foot of the cross
all my troubles, all my frustrations, and
all my disappointments of the day.

Calm my mind and calm my body.

Prepare me for restful sleep.

I ask that tomorrow you would give me
the guidance and the protection
that
I need
to serve you
with
excellence.
