Monday

To have a great life,

Faith must increase and Fear must decrease.

Tuesday

I will proclaim:

I am brave in actions,

And successful in outcomes!

Wednesday

Thank you, Lord,

for delivering me from what is holding me back!

Thursday

I will not fear.

I will trust God and His Power

to Produce His Will in my Life.

Fear is a favorite tool of the devil – and his followers.

-

 " The Thief "

The devil has many names and one of them is

THE THIEF.

 

John 10:10 tells us that:   

"The thief  comes to steal, kill, and destroy,

but Jesus came to bring life and bring it more abundantly."

 

The devil wants to steal, kill and destroy.  

Take note that many times, 

the devil and his team of dastardly demons

  just threaten us with thoughts of

stealing, killing, and destroying.

Then that threat   

produces fear -

and the fear does the

stealing, killing, and destroying in our life. 

Fear can do many negative things. 

For example:

• Fear stirs up the wrong emotions in us.
• Fear can easily come between two people in their relationship.
• Fear frequently takes a toll on our body and as a result, fear produces sickness in our body.
• Fear creates confusion in our mind.

Fear can steal many things from us such as

time, health,

money, relationships, etc.

We have all fought the feeling of fear. 

We all have been hindered and sometimes crushed by fear.

More things Fear Does

Fear pushes and fear seeks to drive us in a harmful direction.

Fear seeks to keep us from making wise decisions.

Fear is a foe that we need to be aware of and seek to conquer.

Fear is the opposite of faith.

God calls us

to practice

increasing our faith in him

and

decreasing the attention we pay to fear.

God calls us to rise up and be strong in the Lord and in the power of his might.

God calls us to be more than conquerors.

God’s will is for us to be the head and not the tail – above and not beneath.

God’s will is for us to walk in HIS peace and in HIS strength.

When we face fear, we need to meet it with

spiritual warfare techniques.

There is great wisdom in learning

Prayer for Fear

The following prayers for fear

are written to help you

combat fear and become strong in the Lord.

Dear Lord,

Fear has pushed me when you wanted me to be led by your loving hand.

Fear has tormented me when you wanted me to enjoy your soothing peace.

Fear has stolen from me when you wanted me to possess more than enough.

I will stand against fear.

I will conquer fear in the power of Jesus Christ.

Dear Lord,

I need you. I need your help.

I have fear in my life. The emotion of fear is getting more and more overpowering. I need your strength to combat this enemy of fear.

Father, you said that fear has torment. I see that. You also said that you didn't give me a spirit of fear. So this fear is coming from the enemy. You said that you give me power, love, and a sound mind. Lord, you gave me those things. Help me to learn how to access them.

Lord, I need you to teach me how to conquer this fear.

Lord, I know I need to refuse to listen to fear. Help me.

Lord, I will make a dedication today to set my face like flint against fear. By faith, I declare that I will have less fear tonight when I go to bed than when I got up this morning.

Fear has started a war with me. I will come against fear and win this war! I will not be dismayed if I don't win every single battle but I declare that by the power of God - I WILL win the war!

Lord, I'm going to stand up in your name and speak strong words against fear.

In the name of Jesus, I say to fear,

"I am not going to let you

run my life anymore.

I am going to stand up against you.

I am going to do

what God wants me to do even if I must do it afraid."

Father God, thank you for guiding me this day. Thank you for providing for me this day. Thank you for teaching me this day. I am becoming stronger in you.

I praise your name.

Prayer and other spiritual warfare techniques

are given to us

to help us combat fear and

grow to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.

 

In Ephesians chapter 6, Paul describes the spiritual armor that we need to become strong in spiritual warfare.

 

“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord
and in the power of His might.

Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day,  and having done all, to stand.

Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit.”

Ephesians 6:10-17 NKJV

Belt of Truth

Dear Lord,

I put on the belt of truth. I will welcome the truth of God in my heart. I will live in truth. I will love truth. I will follow truth this day.

 

Breastplate of Righteousness

 

I put on the breastplate of righteousness. I will honor the Lord by seeking to obey God and seeking to please God. I will dedicate myself to loving God and loving others this day.

Helmet of Salvation

 

I put on the helmet of salvation. I am saved from the wages of sin. I will testify that my God has saved me from many situations and circumstances.

I will declare that my God will save me today from many harmful situations and circumstances. I will believe the Word of God, and the Word of God says that God is working all things together for my good!

 

Shoes of Peace

 

I put on the shoes of peace. I will walk in peace. I will not walk with fear or worry. I will receive the peace of God to cushion my steps each day.

 

Shield of Faith

 

I pick up the shield of faith. I will raise my faith against the doubt darts of the enemy.

I will increase my faith this day by reading the Word of God. I will declare that my faith will be bigger when I go to bed tonight than it was when I got up this morning.

 

Sword of the Spirit

 

I pick up the Sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God. I will speak the words of God out loud today, and I will produce good fruit in my life. I will pick up God's goals and God's plans. My character will grow    to    -  more and more -  reflect the character of my Lord and Savior.
